Soni Media (“Soni Media”, “we”, “us”) is a performance marketing agency based in India that helps businesses generate leads and appointments through paid advertising and automation. 2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Qualification check answers, such as your business type, approximate monthly revenue and advertising budget.
- Contact details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number and business name, for example when you book a call or email us.
- Booking information you enter in our scheduling tool when you book a strategy call.
- Messages you send us by email, chat or other channels.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data, such as your browser, device type, approximate location (based on IP address), pages viewed, buttons clicked and how you arrived on the site.
- Advertising and campaign data, such as UTM parameters and ad click identifiers (for example from Meta, Google or TikTok ads) that tell us which ad or campaign brought you to the site.
- Cookies and similar technologies set by us and by the analytics and advertising tools described in section 4.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as health, financial account or government ID information through this website.
3. How we use your information
- To review whether we are a good fit for your business and respond to your enquiry.
- To schedule and hold strategy calls, and to send related reminders.
- To provide, manage and report on our services if you become a client.
- To measure how our website and advertising perform, and to improve them.

You can limit ad personalisation through your Meta ad preferences, Google ad settings and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may then work differently.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, scheduling and CRM tools, email providers and the analytics and advertising platforms listed above. They may use the information only to provide their services.
- Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
- A successor business if Soni Media is merged, sold or reorganised, under the same protections described here.
6. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and qualification information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that we delete or anonymise it.
7. How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including secure (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- ask us to delete it;
- withdraw consent you previously gave;
- opt out of marketing communications at any time; and
- raise a complaint with us or with your local regulator.
These rights include those under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Australia’s Privacy Act 1988 and applicable US state privacy laws. 9. International transfers
We are based in India and work with service providers in other countries, including the United States. Your information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live. When this happens we take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected as described in this policy.
10. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to other websites
Our site links to other websites and tools, such as our booking page and video player. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information, so please read their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
